I have been offered a position as a Matchmove Artist at one of the biggest and most successful visual effects companies in Europe, Double Negative. After working at the studio for some months as part of the Tech department, I have now worked on films such as Batman: The Dark Knight, James Bond: Quantum of Solace, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Price and Green Zone.

The character was created for a TV advertisement shown on MTV and across Europe which was for the mobile company Splash. I took care of all TD work on the set and character such as rigging, lighting and rendering. The project was interesting and had a very tight turnaround which made it all more of challenging.

During evening and odd days off I have been able to create a new personal piece. Its my first rendition of water and I have composited it on to a live plate shot inside London’s Tate Modern. To see images and videos of the new work please check out the Gallery section.

Over the last few months I have been working on mostly professional projects and my reel and resume have been updated accordingly. Hope to finish current personal projects very soon so stay tuned.

There is a new demo reel available to watch under the reel section of the website. It combines a selection of the 3D work a have taken part in professionally and in personal projects.

Take a look at the tutorials section for my latest addition which covers the issue of creating an HDR image from a single photograph. It is a useful technique if you didn’t have the correct equipment or get adequate time to capture enough images at the location.
